Should a Mezuzah be placed on the door of a small room in ones house?

I have a small room in my house which is less than 4×4 Amos which I use as an office, does it need a Mezuzah and should it be placed with a Bracha?

This matter is under debate in the Poskim. Practically, one is to place a Mezuzah on the door and may do so with a blessing, although some are stringent not to recite a blessing upon doing so.
