The Prohibition of Orlah

The Prohibition of Orlah:

A fruit tree[1] which is planted is to have three years counted from the time of its planting. All the fruits which it grows throughout those three years is prohibited forever[2] not only in eating but in deriving any form of pleasure from them.[3]

[1] Q. Are bushes which have similarities to trees as explained in Hilchos Birchas Hanehnin considered trees regarding orlah?

[2] Meaning that even after the three years are over the fruits remain forbidden. (Shach 1)

[3] Michaber 294:1
